I create animal portraits and commissions to order
I just love dogs (and all animals really), in fact, my best friend is a blonde cockapoo called Piper (who loves to be painted all the time!)
A pet portrait makes a lovely gift for a friend or a relative or treat yourself to a beautiful painting of your pet that you can keep forever
I can also create landscape paintings and other subjects too, just send me the details of exactly what you would like and we can discuss the size and details to make it just perfect for you
Prices
I paint all my pets using acrylic paint onto canvas, using your own photographs as a reference.

18 x 24 inch painting £595
All portraits are painted onto canvas onto a canvas box frame (you know, the ones that are about 2cm deep and can hang straight on your wall)
They don't even need framing!
Paintings can be done to exactly the size you would like, just let me know your requirements
Although they don't need a frame, they do look great framed too.
We can add a frame for an additional cost
These prices are based on one pet per painting.

STEP TWO: Find your favourite photos
The best photos are the ones that are of high quality
(For example where you are wanting a pet portrait, make sure you can clearly see your pet's eyes - the window to the soul... )
STEP THREE: We can agree how your painting can be done!

Once I have sight of your photos, I'll confirm with you how I would like to create your painting.
Pet Portrait Backgrounds are usually painted with a plain neutral colour which is complementary to the subject. In other subjects, additional background images will need to be discussed during this stage and may incur cost depending on the complexity, but this would be agreed up front. There are no hidden costs, don't worry.
We can also discuss when I intend to start working on your commission painting, depending on my waiting list and when you need the painting. I'll can also send you progress pictures if you would like.
I will usually post my completed picture on my Facebook page and on Instagram, but please let me know if it is a surprise for someone and I'll keep the finished picture a secret until you the portrait has been gifted.
